I had the privilege to work with Amy and in that time I observed a rare quality, someone who challenged me with a rare cocktail of positive energy, humor and introspective questions to help me bust through long term mental blocks I had in place. Her ability to help me realize that everything is connected, therefore making a shift in one area will make it easier to make a shift in other areas was game changing for me.

She is fantastic at bringing clarity. I particularly remember her addressing something as “ a fifty yard dash” and I now use that as a mantra on days when I encounter frustrations or perceived road blocks to help me clarify that these issues are temporary and part of the bigger  journey. Something I intellectually “know” but by calling it “ a fifty yard dash” it immediately clarifies in my mind that it is short lived.

I enthusiastically recommend Amy as a life coach for anyone who needs clarity to make any necessary adjustments (big or small) to help themselves move forward with realizing positive goals in their personal and professional life! She is a gem!

Amy is an intuitive and caring professional, and her guidance was incredibly personalized to what I needed in my career journey - and for my personal life as well. She is a thoughtful listener, and often helped direct me toward my aspirations by really hearing my words and encouraging actions I had otherwise dismissed. I am so appreciative of the insight Amy helped me rediscover about my own values and goals, and am excited to take the next step in my career.

I have truly valued my sessions with Amy. I have been struggling with dynamics in the work place. She gave me tools to create a more balance and reduce a stressful environment with my co-workers. I believe this has made me a more effective and respected leader within my organization.

I was admittedly skeptical at first when a colleague recommended Amy as a “fresh pair of eyes” as I looked to transition careers in light of the tremendous changes my company has undergone with the events of late. I was much more than pleasantly surprised. What I did not realize going into our conversations was that more than the tactical suggestions which were coming in abundance from friends and family, I needed a trained perspective to develop of winning strategy to find my next role. It’s so crystal clear to me now, but it would have taken me a very long time to stumble into it without her help.
